Common questions
- Do my callers need WhatsApp?
- Yes. The reply lands in WhatsApp, not as a text message. Most people already have it on their phone. If a caller does not use WhatsApp, they still see that you tried to reach them when you call back.
- Do I need a new phone number?
- No. Reception uses call forwarding on the number you already have. Your callers dial the same number they always have.
- How long does setup take?
- We handle the technical work. After you choose a plan, a short call is usually enough to connect forwarding and write your first messages. Most setups are done within a few days.
- Does this work in my country?
- It depends on your mobile carrier and whether call forwarding to our service is supported where you are. When you contact us, we check your number and country before you pay.
- Can I change the message later?
